Major League Baseball has confirmed the sale of the Miami Marlins from Jeff Loria to a group led by Bruce Sherman for $1.2 billion. Here's the breakdown in the financing:Cash: $800 million (including $90 million of preferred from a fund founded by Michael Dell). Debt: $400 million ($100 million assumed; $300 million that was previously by team that is being "reworked").
